"Really happy with the fresh ingredients"
I’ve ordered from brenz.com about a few times now, and everything has been really fresh. The veggies were crisp, the herbs smelled great, and nothing looked old or wilted. It just makes cooking way easier when the ingredients show up around that kind of quality. I’ll definitely keep using them.

"Fixed in the end, but took too long"
They did eventually fix the issue, but it took way longer than it should have. I had to keep checking my emails and receipts just to track what had happened and when. Glad it’s sorted now, but the delay was frustrating

I’ve got a nut allergy, so eating out can be kind of stressful, but they were really good about it. The staff actually checked things for me and didn’t make me feel weird for asking. Also, the food was great. Seriously though, what a relief to just sit there and enjoy a meal without panicking.

I ordered from brenz.com and most of what I got was correct, but one item wasn’t the one I chose. I messaged them and they did sort it out, so I’ll give them credit for that. Still, it was a little annoying and made me wonder a bit about how carefully orders are checked. Overall, it was okay, just not something I’d call great.

"Really solid veggie options"
I’ve ordered from brenz a few times now and, honestly... their veggie options are actually really good. It’s not just the usual plain cheese sandwich or something thrown together. Mine was fresh, hot, and super filling. Yeah, easy 5 stars from me.

I tried brenz.com for the first time it went smoothly. I was expecting it to be fine, or actually, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the site was simple to get around and my order showed up as expected.
I did have one small question, and support got back to me faster than I thought they would. So yeah, overall I’m happy with the experience and I’d use them again.

"Pickup was really easy"
I ordered on Brenz and did the pickup thing, and it was just easy. The info they sent was clear enough, so I showed up and didn’t have to stand there wondering what I was supposed to be doing.
It was ready when I got there, which I appreciated because I was not in the mood for a whole confusing situation. Quick, simple, and I would use it again for sure.

"Pretty easy support experience"
I had a little issue with my order on brenz.com and wasn’t sure if anyone would get back to me that quickly. But customer service replied fast and actually answered what I was asking, not just some generic copy paste thing. They kept it simple, sorted it out, and didn’t make me go back and forth a bunch. Overall, it was a nice experience. I’d use them again just because the support was easy to deal with.

"Fresh toppings, mostly really good"
I ordered from brenz.com and, yeah, the toppings were good honestly. The veggies tasted fresh, not that weird soggy kind, and the meat had a nice flavor going on too. Only thing is I kind of wish there were more toppings in some spots, because one side felt a little more dressed up than the other side, if that makes sense. Still tasted really good though, and I’d probably order again. 4 stars from me.

"Finally, an Online Order That Didn’t Turn Into a Whole Thing"
I ordered online it was way easier than I expected. No weird glitches, no confusing checkout process, no “where is my package?” drama. Everything showed up correct and quickly too, which is apparently too much to ask from some places these days. So yeah, this was a nice change.

"Great customization, but the previews are slow"
I really liked all the customization options, and overall it was easy to use. The only annoying part was waiting for the previews to load, that got a little ridiculous at times. If that were faster, the whole experience would be much smoother

I ordered from brenz and, to be fair, the delivery was quicker than I expected. I got the tracking info soon after placing the order, and the package actually showed up on time without any unnecessary drama, which is always appreciated. Everything was packed properly and arrived in good shape, so I don’t really have anything to complain about. I’d probably use them again since the whole thing was easy and fast

"Tiny Portions, Totally Not Worth It"
I was annoyed with how small the portions were. I expected a normal meal, not a few bites on a plate. For what they’re charging, that’s completely on them, and it felt like they were just trying to rip people off.

"Loved the Crust"
I ordered from Brenz, the crust stood out the most. It was crisp on the outside but still soft inside, so it didn’t feel chewy or dry. It also tasted fresh, which made the whole pizza better. I’d definitely order again just for that crust.
